Cut and polished amber pieces with bugs from the Chiapas region in Mexico. Chiapas amber is around 15-22.5 million years old. Amber is a completely natural fossilised tree sap/resin, which means it is extremely light weight.
The last images show all pieces together and under a long wave UV lamp to show a blue-green fluorescence.
